    Unfortunately, due to the uniqueness and one-of-a-kind nature of our art portfolio pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges.   • What is the policy on order cancellations?
    We do not cancel orders once the order is processed.. We take great care in ensuring that each piece of our artwork is unique and crafted to the highest quality standards. As such, once an order is placed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled.
  • What happens if my artwork is lost during shipping?
    We understand the importance of your artwork and take utmost care in packaging and shipping it to our clients. However, in the unfortunate event that your artwork is lost during shipping, we advise you to contact the carrier responsible for the shipping. It is the responsibility of the carrier to ensure a timely and safe delivery of your package.
